A path to entrepreneurship is what Pinky Cole, founder of Slutty Vegan, is giving every graduate of Clark Atlanta University (CAU).
Cole, who is also a CAU alumni, was the university’s 2022 commencement speaker Saturday afternoon. During the commencement, she announced that she’s partnered with Varo Bank to provide an LLC to every graduate. More than 800 gradates walked across the stage.
“Every single graduate in this audience will leave this stadium as a business owner,” Cole said.
Cole’s Slutty Vegan brand's value is at $100 million as she rises $25 million in funding, according to CAU. Her Slutty Vegan restaurants span throughout the Atlanta area with locations in Brooklyn, Birmingham, and Columbus, Georgia to open soon.
Cole also has a non-profit organization, the Pinky Cole Foundation, which provides financial literacy and entrepreneurship training.
