Instagram is launching several new features for all users.
One new option is the pinned comments feature. The feature allows users to pin comments to the top of the comments thread of their posts. Instagram made the announcement in tweet this week.
The pinned comments option is just one of the new features that Instagram designed to help limit harassment and bullying on the app. Programmers hope the ability to pin comments might encourage people on Instagram to post nicer comments and those comments will be pinned to the top.
Other features the app has rolled out include the ability to delete comments in bulk and choose who can tag and mention you in posts.
